From assistance with CV writing to support following workplace conflict, we help individuals to increase their self confidence and to maintain the motivation and commitment crucial to achieve their long-term ambitions.

What can the coachee expect from us?

How might this work?
An initial 2 hour session designed to enable the coachee and coach to begin building a relationship and get to know each other. This will enable them to scope the boundaries of working together and explore the important issues. Following this, a further 6-8 hours together, determined by needs, are recommended in 2 or 3 hour sessions at a mutually convenient neutral venue.
