Suzanne brings more than 20 years experience as a manager, trainer and consultant gained in SME's, large private firms and the public sector. An inspirational facilitator and mentor, Suzanne's passion for improving workplace and individual communication and her preferred open working style has meant that she has been rewarded many times over by watching business and personal clients grow and transform. Qualified in Psychology and Counselling skills, with an OCN certificate in 'Mediation in the workplace', and a Diploma in Basic Employment Law, Suzanne achieves warmth and sensitivity in all the activities she is engaged with.

In addition, Suzanne is the President of the South East London Chamber of Commerce (2007 – 2009) and a Director of Bexley Training Group.
